What is the Boulder Chiropractic Clinic Free Introductory Consultation?
Meet with the doctor and staff to discuss your condition(s), goals for healing and health and the clinical approach best suited to your needs.
This brief, first-time meeting with the doctor and clinic staff includes: general discussion of your health condition(s); learn about the Boulder Chiropractic Clinic philosophy and treatment plan options; receive help determining which of our treatment approaches is best for your needs; get answers to your scheduling and financial questions; schedule your New Patient Initial Evaluation visit and other visits as needed.
A link to your Free Introductory Consultation paperwork will be provided within your appointment consultation confirmation email or our clinic will send it to you as an email attachment. Please complete this paperwork and, if possible, scan and email it to us at least a day before your consultation. If this is not possible, please complete your paperwork and bring it with you to your consultation appointment. If you require assistance in filling out the forms, please contact our clinic. Your questions may be answered over the phone or by email. If you are disabled or just have trouble filling out forms, our clinic staff will be happy to interview you and fill in the forms for you.
It is always better to attend your Free Introductory Consultation in person, but video conference and even telephone consultations are available.

Your consultation will be very informative. If you would like to become a new patient right away, please schedule your New Patient Initial Evaluation. Becoming a new patient at Boulder Chiropractic Clinic requires a complete case history, examination, initial X-rays, assessment, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan. Your treatment will begin after we’ve carefully studied your case and are fully prepared to facilitate your healing.
